Into the Sea, one of the restaurants at the Evason Phuket & Bon Island, established its reputation by offering modern Mediterranean cuisine and a stunning panoramic view over the Andaman Sea.

Raising the bar higher, Into the Sea’s Modern Logical Cuisine showcases the latest innovations in the form of new creative interpretations of a cuisine that has both visual and textural appeal. The taste and a focus on fresh, wholesome, local ingredients are paramount.

The wine program, created by our sommelier, Harry Haan, has been granted the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for three years in a row.

After tasting literally hundreds of wines over the years we only approve a handful for the consideration. We taste the bad wines, so you don’t have to! We hope you get as much pleasure drinking our wines and eating our food as we do!
