Being a challenging outdoor activity, participants should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Running shoes or trainers are the most sensible footwear. For obvious reasons, skirts and dresses are not advisable and long hair must be tied back for safety. There is a minimum height requirement of 120cm and maximum weight of 130kg all for participants' safety. The Park is open from 9:30am to 5:30pm and it is advisable to arrive before 3pm as the course can take up to 3 hours.
